Ruger Harrier MSR 223 REM, 16.1" barrel, A2

The new Ruger AR-15 Harrier is a modern and reliable firearm, designed to offer ergonomics, robustness and full compatibility with Mil-Spec calibres. The lower receiver features an A2-style grip and an M4-style folding stock, mounted on a Mil-Spec tube. The slim-profile free-float handguard improves ergonomics and handling, and is fitted with Picatinny rails at the 12 o’clock position at both the front and rear, as well as quick-detach (QD) sling mounts on both sides. The Magpul M-LOK system allows accessories to be attached at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions, with a further 8 intermediate slots at the front of the handguard (muzzle end). The threaded barrel features a 1/2"-28 thread at the muzzle and is supplied with an A2 flash hider. The upper and lower receivers are forged from 7075 aluminium, machined to Mil-Spec standards and hard-anodised with a Type III finish. The lower receiver also includes a tension screw to eliminate any play between the upper and lower receivers. The upper receiver incorporates a forward assist, dust cover and case deflector. The bolt assembly and bolt carrier are nitrided and feature a staked gas key to ensure reliability and durability. The Ruger AR-15 Harrier is supplied with Mil-Spec components and a 30-round Magpul PMAG magazine.
