Obligations of the purchaser

It is strictly forbidden to enter false and/or invented and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure, this is required for the execution of the sales and the related additional communication; the personal data and the email must be the real owner and not of third persons.


Orders must be placed in our website as general rule. We accept email orders exclusively from professional shops and for X-Ray Parts products only, in this case payment and delivery will have special agreements. All payments are in favor of X-RAY Bullets that deals with sales operations on the XRay Parts store.
We accept only payments with NEXI (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Bank Transfer from customers out of Italy. Orders are processed only if the goods are available unless specified otherwise.


Our website is connected with the Nexi service in a secure manner with SSL certificate. You will be able to make payments to X-RAY Bullets with all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The goods will be sent only after having verified the payment.

The goods will be sent only after verification of payment.


Shipments are made by professional carriers which guarantees 24/48 hours delivrey time in Italy (working days if goods are available), and 4/5 days for international deliveries (working days if goods are available, excluding the time of customs control). Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, they are defined by weight, volume and destination. Shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart and it is resumed in the order at the time of payment.

X-Ray bullets reserves the right to send the goods ordered from 5 to 10 working days from the receipt of the order, this time may vary by manufacturer and the chosen products. If the waiting time is exeeded, the customer will be contacted to allow him to confirm or cancel the order.

After the order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email about the shipment details and the tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier's website.

If the package is not intact, or damaged or with obvious signs of tampering, it must be noted to the carrier and absolutely sign the waybill by adding the word 'WITH RESERVE'. This allows you to protect yourself if you find any kind of anomaly after opening the package. Only in this case the customer must report the incident by fax to the local courier office and to the X-Ray bullets.

It is necessary that there is someone to pick up the package at the time of delivery, if the package comes back you may be charged for management fees.


The invoice must be requested using the "notes" field available at the time of ordering. Please communicate all your fiscal details required. The invoice will be inserted inside the package.

Shipping responsibility and risk

Although the dealers on our site are always at the service of customers, cannot guarantee that the delivery dates indicated will be respected, since it cannot in any way affect the delays due by the manufacturer and / or the shipping company or force majeure.

Pursuant to art. 63 paragraph 1 of the italian Consumer Code, the risk of shipping remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the customer. The risk immediately passes to the customer only if the carrier has been chosen directly by the customer other than those proposed during the purchase phase.

In any case, any damage to the packaging of the products must be immediately contested by you, placing a written reserve on the proof of delivery document. Once the delivery document has been signed without any dispute, you will be barred from any exception regarding the external appearence of what has been delivered.

Order cancellation

The customer can request cancellation of the order by sending an email to within 48 hours after the order. The company reserves the right to verify the applicability of the cancellation. If it is accepted and in the case of advance payment, the refund will be made as soon as possible and within 30 working days from the date of the communication.

Withdrawal, return and refund

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform X-Ray Bullets by using the appropriate Product Return procedure, or by the Customer Service on this site. The declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal must be explicit.

The customer can also exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 54 of Consumer Code by filling out the appropriate online form by clikking here-> FORM

- the consumer must return the goods to the seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his decision to withdraw from the contract.

- The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the goods other than the necessary to establish the nature, fetures and functioning of the goods.

- the seller refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal; the refund could be withheld beyond 14 days only until the consumer proves that he has sent the goods back or until they have been received by the seller.

- Returned products must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

- The customer takes care of the costs of returning the goods, the packaging must be in good condition.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not provided for the supply of:

  • Any non-prefabricated goods, produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, tailored or clearly personalized, the supply of goods that risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inherently mixed with other goods.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity (equal to two years) pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the customer's responsibility for not compliant use of the product, or consequence of normal wear and tear, are excluded from lack of conformity, and therefore from the legal guarantee.

In the case of a product with a lack of conformity, the customer can choose the seller to repair or replace the goods, without charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or involves disproportionate costs on the seller.

The customer has the right to a proportional price reduction or the termination of the sales contract, pursuant to art. 135 bis, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code

- if the seller has not repaired or replaced the good within the terms and conditions set out in the Consumer Code,

- if he has refused to bring the goods into conformity;

- if the lack of conformity is as serious as to justify the immediate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract;

- if a lack of conformity occurs despite the seller's attempt to restore the conformity of the good;

- if the seller has declared (or this is clear from the circumstances) that he will not proceed to restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable period or without inconvenience.

The customer has no right to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.

Unless proven otherwise, if the lack of conformity occurs within one year of delivery date, it is presumed that it already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the lack of conformity.

The seller is liable when the lack of conformity occurs within two years from the delivery of the goods. The customer is required to promptly report the lack of conformity to the seller, by means of a communication that clearly indicates the defects found.

International taxes and customs duties

Within the European Union:
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union.

Outside the European Union:
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are exclusively at the expense of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the shipper or to the competent authorities.

Failure to clear customs:
It is up to the customer, in order to ensure that the package is cleared through customs, provide all the necessary information and pay the related fees.


Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of online purchase agreements obtained through the website is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions are reported on the Codice del Consumo by art. 49 ss. of D.Lgs 206/2005 as modified by D.Lgs n. 21/2014.
