Return of the products

The return of goods can take place if a product you have ordered is defective or faulty, or if you want to take advantage of the right of withdrawal (within 14 days of receiving the package).
The return of the products is at your expense, upon communication to X-Ray Bullets in which you describe the problem, the date of the communication is valid for the count of the days of the right of withdrawal.
You can start a return procedure through the "Account" page where there is a link to the "Order history and details" page (see figure below).

Once you have entered the order history page, view the order detail, and select one or more products to return.

Once the request to return the product has been made, X-Ray Bullets will receive a notification, and will be able to decide whether or not you have the right to return the products, you can be contacted for further information. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation and you can send the package.

Ship the goods without undue delay. In the case of the right of withdrawal, you must do it within 14 days from the day you communicated its withdrawal.

You take care of the costs of returning the goods, the packaging must be in good condition. You can follow the status of your return in the Account, on the "Merchandise Returns" page.

Remember that products returned using the right of withdrawal, must be intact and in their original packaging, if they are worn, damaged, and obviously no longer marketable, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Under the agreements you can have a product replacement, a refund, or a voucher to spend in the Xray-Parts shop. X-Ray Bullets suspends the refund until the goods are received for verification.
