Funnel caliber 9 × 21 for Lee dispenser. This funnel was created to improve the flaring necessary for inserting the ball before the planting phase.

More than preserving the cartridge case from the hourglass effect, the flaring of this funnel allows to safeguard the integrity of the caliber diameter of the balls (in particular for those such as bare lead, painted and copper), avoiding the shrinkage of their side during the planting phase. .

It also allows excellent axial alignment of the ball / cartridge case (in progressive presses no more balls resting on the cartridge case lose their coaxiality with the latter during the rotation of the shell plate). With this type of funnel the use of the 4th Dies (Factory Crimp) is mandatory and the planting and crimping phase with the same Dies is strongly discouraged except for armored olives
