DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for 1911-2011 5" Bull Barrel - 9 Adjustable User Settings.  

The kit includes three spacers (each a different length), a spring plug, a red pressure-plate tool, a metal cup-screw tool, and three external springs. The longest spacer provides the strongest buffer effect, while the shorter spacers reduce that effect for a lighter feel. 

The spacers affect only the resistance of the slide when fully open, and the external springs only affect how fast the slide returns in battery.
